If you can't find anything else to play then get this game, otherwise look for something else. If I had played this one first though I would probably be hard pressed to purchase another one. I have enjoyed the earlier games much more than this. The game was fun to play but I would have to have absolutely nothing to play in order to play this game again.
You can't use anything from earlier game saves. This was the weapon to have in the game! Well, nothing like that in the game and what happened to getting your hands on some of the weapons you gained in the earlier games? Secret, Price, Required mission, Description. Anyone who has played this series should remember the R.H.I.N.O. Unlocks an additional pair of gun courses themed around Ratchet and Clank. You get a very limited choice of weapons as the game progresses and the weapons you get don't hold near the power of some of the earlier titles. The weapons in earlier games were so much better as well. Some of the earlier titles would take a while to complete but this one seemed like it was just thrown together.
Jak and Daxter has really simple, yet fun gameplay that is pretty unique. You use Clank to get into the places that Ratchet can't like the games before but one of the problems with the game is it is really short.
